The plan is to go over the EC-001 Introduction to Emergency Communications training course, which is an optional course for Level 1 ARES members, and a requirement for Level 2, along with ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-700 and ICS-800.  Level 2 is considered to be the minimum level to be able to be deployed with ARES for an emergency.

You can visit our Training (delcoares.net) page for more information on the ARRL ARES Task Book levels and requirements for each, along with links to any resources for each.

If you have previously completed the EC-001 course, please send me the course completion PDF.  You can download this from the following page once you are logged in: Student Course History (arrl.org).  If you have this, you don't need to join the online sessions unless if you want a refresher or to provide input to others.

Before joining, please sign up for the EC-001 course here (you can take the self-guided non-mentored option, since you'll be able to ask questions at our meetings): Online Course Enrollment (arrl.org)
