The ARES mobile emergency communications trailer is now located at the Radnor Township Municipal building.  I would like to sincerely thank everyone at DES Special Operations, and the Radnor Township Police Department for allowing the trailer at this location.  The area is at one of the highest elevations in Delaware County, and very close proximity to other EOCs for Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. It is also right around the corner from my home as well, which makes for easy access.

The trailer is in the corner of the lower parking lot:

This trailer now has 2 redundant all mode all frequency stations.  One is W3CTK with a ICOM IC-7300 HF and ICOM IC-9700 VHF/UHF, and the other is the W3AEC-01 go kit with Yaesu FT-857 HF/VHF/UHF. Both stations have dedicated newer Windows 11 laptops, and the Yaesu FT-857 has a DigiRig digital sound card interface.  Both are setup to act as Winlink RMS gateways to allow for digital messages to be passed easily throughout Delaware County and surrounding area.

I keep this page up to date with pictures and other details: W3AEC-01 - EOC ARES Trailer at Radnor Township Building

The W3AEC-02 go kit is at the 911 center and ready to go, this should be tested sometime in the next couple of weeks, and W3AEC-03 is ready for deployment as well.

Also, we were able to repurpose a flat screen TV and Apple TV device to hang up in the trailer as well, along with a digital antenna.  This will allow us to use apps, such as Radar Scope, to monitor raw Doppler information such as reflectivity and velocity data in near real-time during a weather event.  We can also stream from various entertainment services and use the TV as a monitor for the computers and other devices to share the screen.

The dual-band VHF/UHF high gain Diamond X510 antenna and 50' extendable mast are also now mounted and up as well:
